23ZERO shipping and delivery
You will be notified via email and / or text once your order has been dispatched. This email will contain all tracking details which you can check the status of delivery on the corresponding couriers website.
* Due to the size of our Roof Top Tents they are pick up only at one of our closest freight depots to your address. You can find a full list here. Some area’s will incur a freight surcharge.
*We do not deliver to PO BOX addresses.

We reserve the option of refunding your order if you are located in a regional area that is outside our delivery zone.

Pick Ups
Any orders are available to be picked up 9:30am – 4:00pm Monday to Friday (AEST) at 32B Eileen Rd Clayton South Vic. Please note any pick ups need to be booked prior.
