23ZERO Shipping and Delivery


At 23ZERO, we aim to get your gear to you as efficiently and securely as possible. Please review the following shipping and delivery terms.

Order Dispatch & Tracking

  • You will receive an email and/or text notification once your order has been dispatched.
  • Tracking details will be provided so you can monitor your delivery via the courier’s website.

Roof Top Tent Deliveries

  • Due to the bulky nature of Roof Top Tents, delivery is to a freight depot only near your nominated address.
  • We reserve the right to select the depot based on service coverage. A list of common depots is available [here].
  • A freight surcharge may apply to some areas. Please contact us for clarification.

PO Box Deliveries

  • Only small items can be delivered to PO Boxes. Large items cannot be sent to PO Box addresses.

Regional & Remote Areas

  • Some remote or regional areas may be excluded from delivery or incur additional charges.
  • In certain cases, door-to-door service is not available, and you will be required to collect from the nearest depot.
  • We reserve the right to cancel and refund your order if your location falls outside our delivery network.

We partner with several national carriers including:

  • Australia Post
  • Mainfreight
  • Couriers Please

Courier selection is based on your location, parcel size, and service availability. Final selection is at 23ZERO’s discretion.

Depot Collection Notices

  • Depot collection may be required for bulky items or in remote areas.
  • 23ZERO is not liable for any inconvenience, cost, or travel associated with depot collection.

Door-to-Door Deliveries

  • Please ensure pets are restrained. Couriers may refuse to enter if animals are aggressive or unrestrained.
  • Steep driveways or stairs may also prevent delivery. In these cases, collection from a local depot may be required.

Changes After Dispatch

  • Requests to change delivery addresses after dispatch may incur additional fees payable by the customer.

Refused Deliveries / Non-Collections

  • Refusing delivery or failing to collect from a depot may result in a return fee, which will be charged to the customer.

Upon Delivery

  • Inspect packaging before signing.
  • If damaged, note this clearly on the delivery receipt.
  • For significant damage, contact us immediately on (03) 9547 4691 before accepting the delivery.

Delivery Notifications

  • Couriers generally do not call before delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the goods.

Non-Metropolitan Road Service for in stock items

Pick-Up Orders

  • Pick-ups available from:
    32B Eileen Rd, Clayton South VIC
  • Pick-up times: 9:30am – 3:00pm (Mon–Fri, AEST)
  • Pick-up must be booked in advance.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately:
