You will be notified via email and / or text once your order has been dispatched. This email will contain all tracking details which you can check the status of delivery on the corresponding couriers website.
* Important – Please note delivery of Roof Top Tents and Swags to some regional areas may occur an additional freight surcharge.
*Roof Top Tents are pick up only at your closest freight depot.
*We do not deliver to PO BOX addresses.

We reserve the option of refunding your order if you are located in a regional area that is outside our delivery zone.

Any orders are available to be picked up 9:30am – 4:00pm Monday to Friday (AEST) at 32B Eileen Rd Clayton South Vic. Please note any pick ups need to be booked prior.
